At Shakawear, we stand behind the quality of our heavyweight apparel and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags attached, then securely pack them in the original shipping mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
